Leader Data Overview
Unregistered Leaders: These leaders have received registration links, but have not completed registration yet.
Active Leaders: These leaders have completed their registration and are active in the engagement.
Completed Engagements: This is the number of engagements completed.
Active Leaders per Session: You can see the number of active leaders per session by hovering with the mouse cursor over the chart bars.

Engagement
Leader Engagement: This is the percentage of Action Plan surveys completed by the leaders.
Coworker Engagement: This is the percentage of coworkers that responded to the survey: Feedforward (Sessions 4, 5, 7, and 8) - Pulse (Sessions 6 and 9).
Session 6 Coworker Engagement: This is the percentage of Pulse I survey completed by coworkers.
Session 9 Coworker Engagement: This is the percentage of Pulse II survey completed by coworkers.
Total Engagement - Leader: Average of leader engagement across all sessions.
Total Engagement - Coworkers: Average of coworker engagement across all sessions.
Pulse Average Growth Score
By hovering with the mouse cursor over the chart bars you can see the Pulse Average Growth Score for Pulse I, II, and III.
Coach Value Contribution Review Results
Upon completion of sessions 7 and 10 the leader receives a survey where they are asked to assess their coaching experience with their coach.
Overall Satisfaction: This percentage is based on respondents that have answered "Agree" and "Strongly Agree" to question 5.
